Refund policy

Return Policy MrFluffyFriend

Our return policy applies to 30 days. We believe in guaranteed satisfaction for your pet and the quality of our products. For this reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you received your package, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You will receive a full refund within 7 business days after receiving your return package at our warehouse.

There are certain situations where we can only issue a partial refund (if applicable).
- Any item that is no longer in its original condition for reasons beyond our control.
- Items that have strong odors, contain hair, or have not been washed after being tried.


To complete your return, we ask that you contact our customer service department, which is available 7 days a week at info@mrfluffyfriend.co.uk. Make sure to send the package to the address provided by our customer service department, not the one on the original package, to ensure you receive your refund.

Refund (if applicable).
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit card or original payment method will be automatically applied within a specified number of days.

Delayed or no refund (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Please contact your bank for assistance. It may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. If not, please contact us at info@mrfluffyfriend.co.uk.

Exchange (if applicable).
We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@mrfluffyfriend.co.uk.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that return shipping costs can be significant, especially for larger or heavier items, and may also include additional charges such as customs fees or duties for international returns. All of these costs are non-refundable. To help minimise these costs, we recommend vacuum-packing items whenever possible, as this can reduce the size and weight of the package.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the return product to arrive.

When returning an item, you are required to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking number.
